Diversity in the workplace requires leadership to have straightforward language, take an unapologetic look at the perspective of others, and take a deep dive into strategic policies and procedures about diversity in advancement, recruitment & hiring. And admitting when things need to change.
The People Institute's approach to diversity in the workplace includes moderating this difficult conversation in a safe place and allowing all voices to be heard and viewpoints to be considered.
Brave Conversations explore the influences that have seared themselves into our unconscious bias. Through the Diversity Challenge, The People Institute works with companies and organizations to expand their diversity and inclusion practices to further implement a diverse work environment.
